We took the opportunity to sit down with Jenn Chavez, a Creative Coach at Practice Strategies, to talk about our partnership and discover what is most valuable to her about digital signage for dental practices.

Jenn noticed that her dental practice partners were struggling with how to communicate with their patients. Flyers cluttered up counter space and often got thrown away, in-office signs were not always noticed, and emails generally had a low open rate. She also noticed that the traditional waiting room experience wasn’t very satisfying for the patient or productive for the dental office. When we came along, it seemed like the perfect option that she could offer her clients to empower them to communicate more effectively and improve the waiting room experience for her clients.

We worked with Jenn and her network of dental offices to offer them the options of waiting room monitors and displays inside patient rooms. We work with them on an ongoing basis to provide content for those displays through a variety of options like the ability to directly upload their own content with just a few clicks, our YouTube upload feature, an extensive content gallery of premade content, and the opportunity to request custom content from our team of graphic designers.

Of the results, Jenn says: "The patients interact with the teams more when they see a message on the display and that helps with patient retention, which is a huge success for a dental practice."
